The Formation of 11X: Our Story
Realisation Era Before March 11, 2020
Arun Vikram spent years working closely with MSME founders and noticed the same pattern everywhere: no accountability, no weekly tracking, and teams running without structure. Most owners were overworked, making decisions alone, as well as stuck despite learning new strategies. At this point, he understood the real problem: execution! He realised businesses needed simple systems: a scoreboard, weekly reviews, daily accountability, and clear financial targets. This became the seed of what later grew into 11X Company.
The Beginning of 11X CompanyMarch 11, 2020
With 12 committed founders, Arun Vikram kicked off the first version of what would later become the 11X system. He built a simple but disciplined system:
Set 90-day targets across key financial numbers.
Review progress every week, including what improved, what dropped, and why.
Daily reporting and checklists to ensure proper action.
The results were clear within 90 days: revenue, profit, and cash flow showed visible improvement. This became the first version of the 11X Accountability System.
Development Era(2020-2023)
Over the next three years, the system was refined through constant testing.
Scoreboards, dashboards, review formats, tools, and accountability structures were built and rebuilt until they worked for any business.
